About the Author

Martin Lynch was born in Fahamore, Castlegregory. He attended Maharees N.S., Castlegregory N.S., Meán Scoil an Leithtriuigh, An Clochán. He completed a B.A. Degree in Physical Education, History and Geography at Thomond College of Education, Limerick and later graduated from the University of Limerick with an M.A. in History of the Family. He has worked as a secondary school teacher for over thirty years and still lives in Fahamore.
